We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Lecturers / Trainee Lecturers in Maths to join a dynamic and supportive department, with multiple vacancies available across Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire learners and make a real impact in further education.

Role Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Maths lessons across a range of levels and qualifications.
* Support and monitor student progress through tutorials, guidance, and feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and development of new learning resources.
* Ensure teaching meets awarding body standards and individual learner needs.
* Maintain accurate records, meet assessment and reporting deadlines, and engage in quality assurance processes.
* Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion within all learning environments.
* Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team meetings and quality improvement.
Essential Requirements
* Degree or Level 5 qualification in Maths (or working towards), with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Recent teaching and assessment experience in Maths at Level 2 or above (or willingness to train as a Trainee Lecturer).
* A recognised teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, PTTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
* Strong organisational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and flexibility to work across multiple sites.
* Passion for creating inclusive, student-centred learning environments.
Newly qualified Maths Lecturers may also be eligible for a Targeted Retention Incentive Payment of up to £6,000, a government-funded grant to support early-career FE teachers in maths.
