Construction Engineering Graduate Programme
Location: London Gatwick
Duration: 3 years Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £33,500 plus £2,000 welcome bonus, £550 Flex allowance and up to 10% bonus and benefits.

Have you recently graduated in 2025 with a 2:1 (or projected for 2026) or above in a Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering? We offer a programme that will facilitate professional development and exposure to real‑life construction projects in a live operational environment, with a route to Chartered status and progression into roles such as Field Engineer or Project Engineer.
This 3‑year programme will involve live projects that deliver strategic growth, building our future infrastructure. You will work across field and project engineer teams on a wide variety of business areas and projects, gaining insight into the inner workings of our business and experience in construction and field engineering.

Minimum requirements
* Minimum 2:1 Master’s degree (graduated 2025 or projected for 2026) in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Driving licence.
* Keen interest in the construction sector and active construction projects.
* Logical thinker with aptitude for problem‑solving.
* Highly numerate with understanding of data analysis.
* Ability to prioritise and work at pace.
* Creative, innovative, curious to find better ways.
* Team working – enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues and other graduates.

Selection Process
