The Role Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and communication development. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience working within SEN settings, particularly with pupils with autism, PMLD, severe learning difficulties (SLD), or complex needs. Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies.
