We are pleased to be working with our public sector client to recruit a Justice Worker on a temporary basis to support individuals within the justice system and the wider community. Role: Justice Worker Location: Edinburgh Hours: Monday to Friday - 36 hours per week (Occasional infrequent late working up to 18:30) Pay Rate: £17.72 per hour Duration: Temporary until end of March (sickness cover) Start Date: Immediate This role requires a PVG Certificate (£59 for a new application or £18 to update an existing certificate). This is a rewarding and impactful role supporting people in prison or the community on a statutory or voluntary basis. You will contribute to safety planning, risk assessment and interventions aimed at reducing reoffending, vulnerability and harm, while promoting wellbeing and positive change. The role operates within national legislation, justice social work standards and organisational policies.
