Are you a commercially minded CRM specialist who loves turning data into meaningful customer journeys?
We're partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site consumer brand looking to appoint a Marketing Manager – CRM to take ownership of the end-to-end customer communication journey.
This is a pivotal role sitting between Marketing and Sales, with real influence over how enquiries are nurtured, converted, and retained.

The Role
You'll own and optimise the full lifecycle journey — from initial enquiry through to booking and long-term engagement — with a strong focus on automated email and SMS nurture campaigns.
Working closely with Sales and Operations, you'll ensure CRM activity directly supports revenue growth and site performance.
This is a hands-on position within a small, agile team where you'll have autonomy, visibility, and impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and building automated CRM journeys (email & SMS)
* Creating nurture flows that drive conversion and bookings
* Segmenting audiences using behavioural and commercial data
* Running A/B tests and continuously optimising performance
* Owning campaign reporting and translating insight into action
* Partnering with Sales to align communications with pipeline goals
* Re-engaging dormant leads and maximising lifetime value
* Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and manage campaigns
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role
* Strong understanding of lead nurture and behaviour-driven marketing
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desirable)
* Confident working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations
* Excellent copywriting skills - empathetic, clear and action-focused
* A balance of creative thinking and analytical rigour
* Someone proactive, positive and comfortable taking ownership
