Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a varied Commercial Property caseload including:
* Commercial sales and acquisitions
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Commercial leases
* Development work
* Secured lending and finance
* Agricultural and rural property matters
* Overage, easements, and option agreements
* Business sales and purchases involving property elements
Candidate Profile
The firm is open to considering candidates from NQ level upwards and would welcome applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Commercial Property fee earners.
