About the role

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of the office. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, suppliers, building management and senior stakeholders, ensuring the office environment is well maintained, compliant, welcoming and aligned with business needs.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Team please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.


Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)


Job Responsibilities:


The must haves:

  • Previous experience in office management and facilities coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of office health and safety processes, compliance tracking and facilities management.
  • Confident using office systems, access systems, Microsoft Office and internal communication tools.

  • A pay rate (inside IR35) through PAYE at £26.00 an hour.
  • This role provides a hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Paddington, London (5 days a week onsite).
