Join Our Dynamic Team as a Receptionist in Oldham. Our client in Chadderton is seeking a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic receptionist to join their dealership team. The role offers a temporary contract with hours designed to accommodate clients, providing a welcoming and professional customer experience.

Location: Chadderton, Oldham
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour
Hours:
* Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
* Sunday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Responsibilities
* Warmly greet customers as they arrive at the dealership, ensuring a friendly first impression.
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar for the team.
* Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
* Provide information about services and promotions, enhancing customer engagement.
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area for clients and visitors.
* Help support in hosting events.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere.
