The Tendering Coordinator is responsible for managing and assessing incoming customer RFQs, coordinating closely with sales, engineering, and suppliers to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely quotations. The role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day tendering activity and maintaining high levels of customer service throughout the quotation process. Key Responsibilities Manage and review incoming customer RFQs, ensuring they are assessed and progressed in priority order Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Technical teams to obtain compliant technical and commercial inputs Liaise with internal and external suppliers to source quotations aligned with customer specifications Review technical designs and supplier returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tender requirements Prepare and issue quotations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Maintain and manage tendering activity within internal systems and shared mailboxes Communicate directly with customers where required to clarify commercial or technical queries Support Regional Sales Managers and the wider Tendering team with ongoing tender activity Track and chase outstanding technical inputs and supplier responses to meet timescales Collaborate with internal departments including contracts, engineering, production, and accounts to support customer expectations Skills & Experience Experience in a tendering, sales coordination, commercial, or RFQ-based ro...
