The Role
1. Manage and direct Supply Chain Partners and self-delivery teams delivering key activities.
2. Ensure that all information required to carry out works is available and clear via dashboards.
3. Deliver daily briefings and communicate clearly to operational teams.
4. Complete daily record sheets and associated documents.
5. Complete daily site visits for auditing.
6. Ensure that works are completed to the required standard and within required timescales.
About You
7. Highway maintenance and construction experience to include setting out, paving, kerb installation and realignment, edging installation, bituminous materials, drainage and signs.
8. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to liaise effectively with peers, client representatives and members of the public.
10. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally.
11. Demonstrable awareness of environmental aspects and impacts and waste management.
