ER Advisor | Health & Social Care Remote role (1 day per week in Leeds), with occasional UK travel | Full-Time, Permanent | up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) Tide Partnership is working on behalf of a private health and social care provider to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor. This is a key role in a growing organisation, where you’ll partner with managers across multiple sites to deliver effective and compliant ER case management. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring consistency, building capability in line managers, and using your expertise to drive fair and timely outcomes. It’s a brilliant fit for someone who has solid experience in employee relations, strong employment law knowledge, and thrives on building confidence in others through clear and practical advice. What You’ll Be Doing Acting as the go-to advisor for managers on employee relations matters. Managing a wide range of cases including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and appeals. Supporting managers to apply HR policies consistently and confidently. Using data and reporting to spot ER trends and inform improvements. Supporting the development of practical HR resources, guidance, and toolkits. Contributing to continuous improvement of ER processes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Deliver timely and compliant advice on all aspects of employee relations. Lead casework from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and fair process. Coach and influence managers to strengthen people leadership capability. Produce people data reports and analyse ER trends to support decision-making. Work collaboratively with colleagues across HR and operations. Strong understanding of employment law and ER best practice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident user of HR systems (Sage People advantageous). Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple cases at pace. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is advantageous. Travel Requirements The successful candidate will need to travel occasionally to sites nationally.
