My client is a leading building supplies retailer, headquartered in Northampton. They are looking for an Employment Legal Advisor to join their friendly HR team. Main duties include:
* Providing proactive and impartial guidance in line with company policy on employment law matters
* Supporting ER Advisors with advice and guidance on employment law matters
* Preparing ET3 responses for all new tribunal claims
* Providing support at employment tribunals
* Case managing TUPE processes working with Shared Services
The successful candidate must have experience of working within employment law, with hands-on case management experience within the workplace. This role is hybrid, working onsite in Northampton 2-3 days per week and 2-3 days working remotely. The role may also involve some national travel as and when required.
