We offer two flexible shift patterns, allowing you to choose the schedule that best suits your lifestyle and supports a healthy work-life balance:
1. 12 days on, 2 days off – Work for 12 consecutive days followed by a full weekend off, then repeat
2. 6 days on, 1 day off – A consistent rotation with one rest day after every six working days
Please note that this role is structured around night shifts and requires working overnight hours.

Role Overview
As a 12AB Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient management of traffic flow on motorways and high-speed dual carriageways, where vehicles travel at significantly higher speeds than on other roads
11. Install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment
12. Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses
13. Help and guide new trainees
Requirements for a 12AB Traffic Management Operative
14. Eligibility to work in the UK
15. Valid LANTRA 12AB Qualification
16. Flexibility to work shift patterns as stated above
17. Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
18. Within 40 minutes driving distance from the depot
