Job Title: Computer Science Teacher Location: Sheffield (S11) Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time Support students in developing digital skills, logical thinking, and confidence in technology through engaging computing lessons! GSL Education are looking for a knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join a school in Sheffield (S11), delivering lessons that inspire curiosity about technology and build strong computational thinking skills. As Computer Science (CS) Teacher, you will plan and deliver structured Computer Science lessons covering topics such as programming, algorithms, and digital systems, while encouraging creativity and problem-solving in a positive learning environment. Responsibilities of Computer Science Teacher: Deliver well-organised Computer Science lessons aligned with the curriculum Support pupils in developing coding, logical reasoning, and technical skills Encourage independent thinking through practical computing activities Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a focused learning environment Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback What we are looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching Computer Science or ICT in a school setting Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) If you are a motivated Computer Science Teacher ready to inspire learners, we welcome your application.
