Using a whole‑family approach, you will work closely with parents, schools and external agencies to strengthen resilience, foster positive values and promote children’s cognitive, social and emotional development. This hands‑on role is central to safeguarding and requires excellent relationship‑building skills, reflective practice and the ability to manage a varied caseload. Flexibility to travel and work occasional unsociable hours is essential as you provide tailored guidance, challenge and support.
