An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1+ years’ PQE) to join a respected and growing clinical negligence team based in Cambridgeshire
We are working with a well-established firm that is recognised for the quality of its clinical negligence work and its supportive, collaborative culture. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to further develop their expertise within a team that offers strong supervision, progression, and exposure to complex matters
The Role
The successful candidate will assist with and manage a varied clinical negligence caseload, including:
1. Clinical negligence matters from inception through to resolution
2. Assisting on complex, high-value and multi-track cases
3. Drafting pleadings and liaising with counsel and medical experts
4. Client care and ongoing case management
The level of responsibility and autonomy will be tailored to experience, with appropriate support from senior lawyers and partners
The Ideal Candidate
5. Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
6. 1+ years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence
7. Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills
8. A professional and client-focused approach
9. Enthusiastic about developing a long-term career in clinical negligence
