We are looking for a Stock & Systems Team Leader to join our site in Middlewich, supporting our Jollyes operation. You will oversee stock control processes, lead a team of administrators, and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and health & safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern ( 06:0014:00 and 14:0022:00 ). Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of £30,000 £34,000 per annum plus associated shift premium. What youll do on a typical day: Manage stock integrity and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs Coordinate cycle counting and analyse data to identify trends and corrective actions Lead and develop a team of administrators to deliver efficient stock processes Maintain Warehouse Management Systems and ensure customer requirements are met Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support system projects Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a positive team culture What you need to succeed at GXO: Proven experience in stock management within a warehouse environment Strong leadership and people management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines Financial awareness in relation to stock control We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains
