About the Role:
If you have a great eye for details and are a perfect organiser this role can interest you. As a member of the Financial Team he will have a dual role. You will be overheads controller withfocus on planning, forecast and closure processes ensuring compliance and accuracy ofSG&A costs. Identifying potential risks and opportunities, advising on cost center allocations,conducting variance analysis to support decision-making processes. At the same time you will be contracts and service business partner by supporting the Procurement department in setting up the negotiations withsuppliers and providing with financial insights in order to get the most value added relatedcontractual conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
As Overheads controller you will be responsible for aligningwith Group guidelines regardingoverheads costs. You will participate during monthly closure process,ensuring solid accounting of overhead costs. You will prepare monthly closure reporting related toOVH for all relevant department with explanations. You will perform cost planning by cost centers andactivity based costing. You will review monthly performance and identifyareas of risks/opportunity and
develop/follow up action plans to achievetargets. You will interact and collaborate with other teamsand departments to ensure accuratetracking/accounting of all costs.
As Contracts and Service Business Partner you will be the Finance business Partner for the Procurement department,supporting and challenging all financial impacts. You will ensure compliance with Ferrero groupguidelines & policies and ensure that GOS forPurchase to Pay cycle is in place.Modelling financials to support suppliernegotiations. You will be responsible for analyzing and validate market projections(e.g. inflation) and their financial impact for future Procurement decisions. You will understand the drivers and the impact onthe business of contract changes and define KPIs and Financial impact to ensure proper SLA (service level agreement). You willsupport the procurement team to evaluate suppliers financial sustainability (Supplier P&L/BS mainKPIs), monitor contract conditions also fromworking capital / DCF implications and drive cost optimization initiatives andprocesses improvement
Who we are looking for:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
Solid experience in similar rolesgained in multinational companies ideally within the FMCG sector
Knowledge and strong interests in financial analysis preparation, accounting, planning, taxes, or administration preferred
Fluency in English
