Salesforce Engineer | Hybrid working (3/2 day split) | Up to £60,000 + Bonus + 12% pension
Tech stack: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Azure DevOps, Copado, JavaScript, .net / C#
This is a business investing heavily in its Salesforce estate, and looking for someone who enjoys building clean, scalable solutions, not firefighting or short-term patchwork. You’ll help shape and build the platform across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, integrating with a bespoke insurance platform under the hood.
It’s a hands-on engineering role, working in a mature agile environment alongside smart, supportive people with long tenure and low churn. You’ll use Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and more, with real room to explore new features and push the platform to its limits.

* Experience with Azure or other .NET tech is a bonus (but not a blocker)

* A clean coder with a solid grasp of OO principles, design patterns & Salesforce best practices
* Someone proactive, curious, and passionate about building the right thing the right way

* Up to £60,000 base
