You must have a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in homologation ideally. You will play a key role in ensuring new vehicle launches meet all regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, industry bodies, and regulatory authorities to ensure everything is in place for a successful product launch. Key Responsibilities: Manage documentation for type approval, certificates of production, and insurance ratings. Maintain accurate records and logs for audit purposes. Submit timely and accurate responses to regulatory information requests. Support the Regulatory Affairs Manager in ensuring all products comply with current legislation. Support projects such as battery waste compliance and integrate processes into the ISO system. Upload documentation to the BCA portal and manage compliance reporting. Prepare presentations, internal reports, and meeting documentation. Provide general administrative support, including diary management and meeting coordination. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in regulatory affairs at an Admin or Co-Ordination level is essential. You must have completed regulatory submissions and prepared documentation for regulatory bodies. A good understanding of product lifecycle. Familiarity with type approval processes, derogation requests, ISO standards and compliance documentation. Strong organisational skills must be able to follow set processes and have great attention to detail. Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external parties.
