We are looking for a hands-on RF Design Engineer to join an innovative tech company near Cambridge.
On a day to day basis you will be involved in:
* Designing, developing, and optimising RF systems at component level
* Leading integration, testing, and solving complex technical challenges
* Collaborating across hardware, software, and audio teams
* Creating detailed technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and performance assessments
What do we need from you?
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
* Extensive experience in RF design and development, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
* Comprehensive knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
* Proven hands-on design experience & component selection
* Experience with simulation tools (ADS, CST) and hands-on PCB work
* Strong time management and communication skills, with a history of delivering projects or tasks on time and with high quality.
