We are looking for an experienced and passionateDeputy Managerto join our childrens residential service, supporting young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where each child can thrive and reach their potential. Youll play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring that children are always at the heart of decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
* Lead, mentor, and develop staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Ensure the home meets regulatory and safeguarding responsibilities.
* Oversee care planning and ensure positive outcomes for young people.
* Participate in the on-call rota as required.
What Were Looking For
1. NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Residential Care(or equivalent).
2. Experience working in a childrens residential setting.
