Mechanical Supervisor – Prestigious Residential Development - Westminster, London
We are working with a tier 1 M&E Contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a flagship residential development in the heart of Westminster.
This prestigious scheme consists of 334 high-specification homes with a £20m MEP services package, delivering a technically challenging and design-led installation in one of London’s most sought-after locations.

The Role
Reporting to the Mechanical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the supervision and coordination of all mechanical services on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision of mechanical installations including HVAC, public health, and associated plant systems
* Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour on site
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
* Monitoring programme and driving productivity to meet key milestones
* Quality inspections and sign-off in line with specifications
* Attending site meetings and liaising with the main contractor and design teams
* Assisting with commissioning and handover processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, plant room installations and general building services
* Experience working for recognised M&E contractors
* Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate trades effectively
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
* SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred)
* Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications
