Reception Teacher

About the Role:
This is more than just a teaching position; it's about fostering a curiosity-led approach to learning, incorporating nature forestry, and providing a stimulating environment for our young learners. You will play a key role in shaping the foundational learning of our students through creative, play-based methods.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
* Integrate forest school principles and outdoor exploration into daily activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
* Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
