Pinnacle Recruitment has been instructed by a high-end residential developer to recruit a Sales Manager to oversee the launch of their new residential scheme in a highly sought-after location.
This role therefore requires experience within London’s new homes market at management level in order to create, maintain and achieve sales targets as well as motivate a busy team of staff.
The following experience is intrinsic to the success of application:
* Regular reporting to director level
* Knowledge of London’s new homes/ residential development market
* Minimum of 1 years managerial experience within New Homes
* Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel
* Ability to drive sales teams efficiently
* Experience in collating market research
