We're looking for a motivated and organised professional to lead our Corporate Benefits Administration team, supporting both our consultants and our clients with efficiency, accuracy, and a collaborative approach.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key leader within our Corporate Benefits function, you'll support the team in delivering high-quality administration and outstanding service to our corporate clients.
Team Leadership
Ensure team members consistently meet agreed service levels
Organise and redistribute workloads to maintain efficiency
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Deliver training, coaching and maintain full development logs
Monitor new business and produce management information as required
Hold regular 1:1 meetings and support performance reviews
Continuously review processes to identify and implement improvements
Assist the Head of Corporate with departmental projects
Highlight opportunities for new projects or improvements
Administration & Client Support
Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
Prepare and maintain client files for new business and renewals
Support Corporate Benefit Consultants through effective workflow management
Deliver full administrative duties aligned with the Corporate Benefits Administrator role
Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
Consumer Duty
You will support the delivery of Consumer Duty outcomes by ensuring:
Client support is clear, responsive and helpful
Clients can easily make changes, raise concerns or request assistance
Additional Duties
You may also be required to undertake other reasonable tasks as requested by your Line Manager.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience leading or supervising a team
Background in corporate benefits, employee benefits, or financial services administration
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Strong communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
Confidence in coaching others and supporting their development
A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
