The Patient Experience and PALS Team is a forward-thinking, supportive, and driven team. A desire to resolve problems and gather feedback from patients, relatives, carers, and service users is central to our work. As part of the Safety and Quality Directorate, you will deliver high-quality administrative support, facilitating communication and workflow. Your responsibilities include coordinating FFT reporting and patient engagement activities.

You should be flexible, proactive, and able to use initiative to resolve issues. Professionalism and effective communication with staff at all levels are essential. Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Office applications, are vital.

Working for our organization

Our organization employs 10,000 dedicated staff delivering quality patient services. We serve 370,000 local residents and provide specialist care to 1.5 million across Lancashire & Cumbria.

Working with us offers development opportunities, skill enhancement, and a chance to learn about hospital operations and patient care. Your role directly impacts patient experience and outcomes, making it meaningful and rewarding.
