Healthcare and employee benefits Responsibilities Proactively generate new business opportunities through direct sales activities Conduct data cleansing exercises and use provided data to generate sales interest and secure qualified appointments for the sales team Collaborate with marketing to execute coordinated campaigns and follow up on mailshots and other marketing activities Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partner accounts Ensure customers are fully aware of the portfolio of services and identify potential new service requirements Prepare quotes and supporting documentation for customers within agreed timelines Accurately update the customer database and CRM system, ensuring efficient sales process administration Provide exceptional support to customers, including handling incoming sales calls, technical support, and customer service inquiries Qualifications Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on new business generation Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
