Job Role: Corperate Receptionist/Concierge
Working days/hours: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM
Pay rate: £15.38 an hour
Location: Coventry
Start date: ASAP
End date: Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors, employees, and customers with a smile!
2. Provide information and support to enhance the customer experience.
3. Manage inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
4. Coordinate workplace activities and events to promote a positive environment.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus!
