Randstad Education is hiring for Teaching Assistants at a dynamic school in Liverpool (PR8). All we need is talent like you to join our 'Team of Talented Teaching Assistants'.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service or be willing to apply for one.
* Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.
* Experience working with children with complex education needs (preferred).
* Able to commit to working long-term/ Full-Time.
* Ideally available for 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday).
* Professional references from your recent employers.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK (ETW).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support for children with complex needs.
* Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning plans.
* Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management.
* Help with personal care and mobility where required.
* Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
