As a Skilled Butcher, you’ll play a key role in boning, trimming, and preparing high-quality red meat to customer specifications, working within a fast-paced, supportive production environment. Always follow hygiene, safety, and knife-handling procedures. What we're looking for: Proven butchery and knife skills. Experience in a high-volume meat processing environment. Ability to work in a cold environment. Strong communication skills in English.
