Job title: Contracts Manager

Thorn Baker are working with a national contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. Our client work on a variety of different projects including new builds, refurbishments and internal fit outs across the UK.
The client are based in the North West but can cover nationwide projects.

Responsibilities
* Oversee between 3-5 projects and site teams
* Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
* Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practises
Your experience/knowledge
* Experience working on fit out projects
* Experience working on general build porjects
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
