Job Description
* Lead the financial planning and analysis function across the business
* Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
* Provide detailed financial reports to senior management
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
* Lead a team of 3 and support with their development
* Work closely with other departments to understand business needs and financial implications
* Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes
* Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance
* Assist in strategic decision making through providing insightful financial data
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
* A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis
* Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
