Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, will be responsible for:
* The service, maintenance, and repair of a variety of mechanical installations. This includes ventilation systems such as air handling units (AHUs) and intake/extract systems, heating and cooling systems including thermal wheels and fan coil units (FCUs), as well as water systems like booster sets, calorifiers, and water heaters.
* Preventative and reactive maintenance
* Completing compliance checks such as legionella monitoring.
* Respond to client queries, report any defects, and provide clear, timely updates.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, remedial work, and service documentation.
To be successful for this Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role you must have:
* Proven experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.
* Relevant qualifications: F-Gas, C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 5, or HNC equivalent.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Permit to Work systems, and safe working practices.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
