BCS Connect is recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor looking for a Senior Estimator with experience in the Highways and Water sectors based in the Sheffield region. The Role: Lead the estimating function, managing tenders across a wide value range, overseeing a team, and working closely with operational and pre-construction teams to deliver high-quality submissions. Support business growth while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with procedures.
