What You’ll Be Doing
As a key part of our marketing team, you’ll bring ideas to life and drive measurable impact across multiple platforms:
* Create and edit photo, video, and graphic content for social, website, emails, and campaigns
* Translate complex clinical and performance concepts into B2B and B2C content (thought leadership, blogs, social posts, hooks)
* Design high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, guides, and branded graphics
* Design and optimise landing pages for website and app
* Plan and deliver campaigns, ensuring content drives leads, engagement and conversions
* Drive performance through SEO, AEO & on‑page optimisation, including keyword research, meta tags, headings, and internal linking
* Analyse content performance and iterate quickly to optimise results
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who blends creativity with technical expertise:
* 5–7 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or multimedia marketing
* Hands‑on experience with email and digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC campaigns)
* Strong photo/video capture and editing skills
* Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma)
* Confident copywriting ability, simplifying complex ideas for multiple audiences
* SEO/AEO knowledge and experience
* Experience designing and structuring landing pages or web content
* Solid understanding of analytics and performance tracking
* Able to work independently, move fast, and take ownership
* Bonus if you’ve worked in startups, scale‑ups, small agencies, or health/sport/performance sectors.
