Responsibilities
* Provide vital support to students with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, ADD, and PMLD, in partnered SEN schools across the local area.
* Support students and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment in ad-hoc supply placements.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for SEN education: You\re dedicated to supporting students of all abilities and understand the unique challenges they face.
* Resilience and adaptability: You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage challenging behaviour with patience and understanding.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills: You can build positive relationships with students, teachers, and support staff.
* Availability between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm: We understand your time is valuable and offer flexible scheduling options within these hours.
