Key Responsibilities
1. Warmly greet and assist all visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
3. Maintain the reception area and shared spaces to the highest standard of organization and cleanliness.
4. Coordinate visitor access and adhere to firm security protocols.
5. Support scheduling of conference rooms and assist with meeting setups as needed.
6. Communicate with Facilities, IT, and other internal teams to resolve maintenance or technical issues.
7. Provide general administrative support to office management and other departments as requested.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or client-facing role within a professional services or corporate environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Polished and professional presentation with a warm, approachable demeanor.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
5. High level of discretion and reliability.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, or scheduling platforms is a plus.
