Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday
Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum

Position Overview
The HSQE Manager will be responsible for implementing the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and quality across on‑site manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures as necessary for the business
* Carry out risk assessments and support managers in the development and implementation of safe systems of work
* Conduct HSEQ audits, inspections and general monitoring across all business premises and processes, including offices, factories, yards and construction sites, and produce corrective action reports
* Ensure compliance with all HSEQ statutory legislation and best practices relevant to the business
* Lead investigations and support manager‑led investigations into all HSEQ incidents and accidents, including report writing with corrective actions
Qualifications
* Occupational Health & Safety / NEBOSH qualification
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in health & safety within manufacturing
* Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing preferred
* Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9000 standards in a heavy production environment
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
