Customer Service Advisor 12 months FTC Castle Donington £25,000 We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Castle Donington on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you will support our customer base by delivering excellent service, resolving queries efficiently, and building strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues. Description of the role: Manage and resolve customer enquiries, taking ownership from start to finish. Carry out thorough investigations, asking the right questions and obtaining accurate information. Record and update information on the CRM system. Communicate professionally with customers via email and telephone. Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism. Process orders accurately and highlight any quality issues. Undertake root cause analysis of recurring issues. Build positive relationships across customers and internal departments. Support other tasks within the team when required. About you: Previous experience in a similar customer service role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving, investigation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and manage customer accounts effectively. High attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy. Strong IT skills (Excel/Word). Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
