Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (including sleep-in shifts on a rota)

What youll do
Be a role model for young people, supporting them through lifes challenges.
Lead and support a team of care staff, keeping the home positive, safe, and inspiring.
Create fun, meaningful routines and activities that help young people grow.
Make sure care plans are followed so every child gets the right support.
Take the lead on shift including sleep-in shifts making sure everything runs smoothly.
