We are looking for a Trainee Spray Painter to join a growing, busy and friendly manufacturing company based in Barnstaple.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces and apply paint using spray guns to achieve a flawless finish on doors.
* Mix and match paint colors to meet customer specifications.
* Ensure proper ventilation and safety protocols during the painting process.
* Maintain equipment, including cleaning and troubleshooting spray guns.
* Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets.
