Formula 1 - CNC Mill Turn Machinist / Programmer

This amazing permanent role for a Mill Turn CNC Machinist / Programmer a is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading Formula 1 organisation.
You will be a key member within the team and the person that secures this position will be crucial to the success of this dynamic company on its F1 projects.
This role will be 100% based on site in Brackley
What you will do:
You will be working within the Main F1 Machine Shop on the early / late shift.
You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak lathes and mill/turn machines to manufacture precision components for our F1 race car and customer programmes.
Ideally you will have served a recognised apprenticeship and you will also have proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes and mill/turn machines, particularly using Siemens NX and Mazatrol.
Key duties include:
* Programme, set, and operate Mazak machines including Integrex J200, Quick Turn 200MY, and Quick Turn 100.
* Use Siemens NX CAM software to create CNC programmes for low to mid-complexity turned and mill/turn parts.
* Use of Mazatrol conversational programming for low complexity turned components.
* Ensure high-quality output by following established manufacturing processes and procedures.
* Maximise machine efficiency and throughput while maintaining accuracy and quality.
* Meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and efficiency.
* Maintain clear and effective communication across shift teams.
* Support a culture of continuous improvement and uphold high professional standards.
