We are seeking a dedicated and passionate On-Call, Part-Time Servers & Bartenders to join our event team. This role is vital in delivering impeccable service during private events while gaining exposure to our broader hospitality program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding service to guests during private events at The Black Walnut Inn and The Grange Estate.
* Serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
* Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
* Communicate effectively with the culinary and event teams to deliver seamless service.
* Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications
* Previous experience as a server or bartender in an upscale event or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
* Must have OLCC and Food Handler's card.

* Familiarity with wine service and cocktails is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
