Purchase Ledger Assistant, Camberley, to £36k + Bonus (OTE £38k)
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Purchase Ledger Assistant to a busy group finance team and support the smooth, efficient running of the purchase ledger function. Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices and related documentation with speed and accuracy.
* Maintain up-to-date, accurate supplier accounts and resolve queries promptly.
* Ensure timely supplier payments within agreed terms.
* Operate accounting and in-house software systems to manage invoice processing and supplier contact data.
* Liaise closely with colleagues to support daily operational needs.
* Conduct supplier account and statement reconciliations when required.
* Suggest improvements to the purchasing cycle and assist with ad hoc tasks to support the wider business.
