Sales Administrator Kettering Hours - Mon to Fri 37.5 hrs Salary - up to £25,000 Are you a proactive and detail-driven administrator with a passion for organisation and excellent customer service? Would you enjoy working in a role that plays a vital part in helping ensure the safety and compliance of products used every day? We’re looking for a confident and capable Sales Administrator to support our client's busy Certification Team, which assesses and certifies Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to both UK and European standards. What You’ll Be Doing As part of a collaborative team spread across the UK, Ireland, and China, you'll be at the heart of the operations, co-ordinating customer projects and supporting technical processes. Your day-to-day will include: Managing incoming customer enquiries with professionalism and care Organising and tracking certification projects from start to finish Providing regular progress updates to customers and internal stakeholders Handling booking and administration of product samples Coordinating with internal and external testing teams Reviewing technical reports and offering recommendations Maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM system Supporting wider sales and marketing efforts as neededWhat We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience GCSEs (Grades A–C) in Maths, English, and Science (or equivalent) Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to multitask across projects A natural problem-solver with an inquisitive mindset Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office tools Personable and professional—you can build rapport easily with colleagues and clientsDesirable Experience with PPE or product certification Familiarity with technical standards or working in a regulated environmentWhat's on offer A competitive salary up to £25,000, 25-30 days annual leave (with service) and other benefits.
