This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about helping students overcome learning barriers and flourish within a structured, supportive environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to assist students in managing their behaviour, building emotional resilience, and maintaining engagement in the classroom.
