Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
* Analyse and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximise productivity
* Identify inefficiencies and implement robust engineering solutions
* Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams
* Support new product introductions and process development
* Drive lean manufacturing principles and best practice methodologies
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role
* Strong background in process optimisation and continuous improvement
* Demonstrable experience working with and improving OEE metrics
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
