A Media Production company based in London are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their team on a part time basis of 4 days per week.This is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a growing business to support the Purchase Ledger Manager with payment runs and purchase ledger management while working in a fast paced environment. Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:Assist in uploading credit and debit card statements for reconciliationProcessing invoicesAssisting with payment runs and urgent paymentsMatching invoices to purchase orders Setting up new suppliers Processing a large volume of expense claimsMaintaining the purchase order listSupport the Purchase Ledger auditPrioritise the purchase ledger tasks at month end and busy periods The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, you will ideally have an interest in the Media industry!
