Key Responsibilities:
As Spa Manager, you'll take ownership of the spa's daily operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience:
Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to team management
Create and manage staff rotas, including holidays and absences
Deliver outstanding customer service and step in where needed
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Maximise bookings through effective use of spa systems and promotions

What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Spa Manager, you'll bring strong leadership and a passion for guest experience:
Previous experience in a similar role within a spa or hotel environment
Strong organisational and team management skills
A hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations
Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
Confidence using booking systems and driving revenue opportunities
